I have this pain on the outside of my rt foot in the middle its like a knot not hard but very tender to touch. I am a waitress which is on my feet 5-6 hour a day and sometime longer.can u please tell me what this is. I also pain in left big toe on the bone and it’s twice as large as the right big toe
