Weil Osteotomy

I have had some problems from a hammer toe surgery, now my 3rd metatarsal has dropped significantly. A few doctors I spoke to said it is a rare and high risk surgery, my current podiatrist is looking for a surgeon for me, he has never done a weil osteotomy
