I believe recent MHRA action has removed a number of nail antifungals from the market, among them Phytex and monphytol, which proved to be cost effective options. Podiatrist/ supplementary prescribers, must be given a broader spectrum of prescription medicines in this field or face loosing their patients confidence. Does anyone from experience recommend any good alternatives which are “cost effective” and proved efficient
