My 10 Yrd old , who is quite active in school, has been complaining past few days of a severe pain she feels on the bottom of her foot. It seems to be concentrated in the middle section of the bottom of the foot. Ive applied balms , massaged it , given Tylenol etc but it reduces the pain n then comes back again when she walks.
