Advice on how to do Toe Brachial Index

Hi AllCan someone please post specific instructions on doing a toe brachial index.I did buy a systoe machine- but the results I got were not consistent (I know it was probably the user).I have now got a hadeco doppler, but I am still unable to get a TBI.I have tried utube, but only ABI… More…
