Ankle Pain 11 year old boy

I wonder if anyone could enlighten me with some insight about one of my puzzling cases 11 year old boy/ very active hx of orthotics; 4 deg inversion has suffered from ankle and calf pain in the past Rearfoot valgum approx 4 deg Excessive pronation through gait Very limited dorsiflexion 0 deg Had outgrown orthotics so Ive put him into some CFA’s (semi customised) forefoot inv post and inv rearfoot. Which have corrected him quite nicely. He is still experiencing some ankle pain but has had no hx of recent serious ankle sprains
