4 and 1/2 months ago I had a violent stubbed pinky toe against wall entering a narrow hallway while barefoot, it caused skin at base of nail to split open and spurt blood along wall. while painful didn’t notice that’d happened or pay much attention until realizing was bleeding and trailed blood behind though the bleeding did not continue for long, the swelling that occurred after seemed natural.
