I’m a 17 y/o female, and everytime I put on heeled shoes, it get a really painful popping sensation in the balls of my feet, just behind my toes. It actually feels like theres bubbles of liquid popping inside my foot – and I don’t mean blisters, it feels like it’s inside of my skin
