Hi, My big toe feels like it is on fire,it is either burning or throbbing.the upper part is red and tender and swollen where the toe meets the ball of my foot.That part of my toe/foot hurts an feels like the a beanbag when pressure is applied and rubbed in upward motion.The throbbing gets so bad I can not put any pressure on the toe. I have had this promblem with my feet forawhile.I thought it was just from walking all the time,however I no longer walk and lately when I step a certain way I get shooting pains through top of that toe.I can not afford to see a doctor at this time.
