Right Foot Thumping throbbing PAIN!! Omg

I really don’t understand this pain in my right foot at all. I read some post my symptoms came on just like a bullet. Right at the top near my ankle of right foot it feels like throbbing swollen, heated foot hopping to walk is an understatement each hop throbbing I’m over 50 had some foot problems before nothing this bad this long hurts to touch it my foot has been swollen over an hour the pain is constant
