Calcaneal Fat Pad Injury

Hi everyone, Just wondering how many of you have dealt with fat pad tears and how long they take to heal. I have had a patient in walker for six weeks and we have used ultrasound therapy, mobilising and dry needling. Also used cushioned orthotics and strapping for the heel area.
