HI Everyone, I am feeling pretty upset after seeing a client who attended for a corn. He stated on his form that he was there for the corn and didnt mention needing anything else. I asked at the end of the treatment if he needed anything else as I do this as standard after a complaint years ago from a client about not checking if they needed anything else
