Constant foot pain

Hey Guys My boyfriend is 22 and had a heel spur for a while and went and seen a podiatrist, who suggested strapping the heel and wearing orthotics and supportive shoes. So he did just that, strapped it every day and always wore good shoes with orthotics, the spur never went away so he went and seen a doctor, got an ultrasound and got a steroid injection in his heel
