Foot pain/swelling, no known injury..???

So, yes I know my best bet is to see my doctor but before I go shell out a $40 co-pay and have them tell me it’s nothing, I figured I’d check with people who might know something. Saturday night, I started getting a pain in my right foot, right at the front of my heel near the outside of my foot. When I walk or put any pressure on it, the pain gets stronger and stronger and radiates into the ball of my foot and back into my heel.
