On Oct 20, 2011 I had surgery to fuse the naviculo-tarsometatarsal and cuneiform joints right foot:). For two weeks I had a soft cast and kept my leg elevated above my heart 90% of the time. At two weeks stitches were removed and a fiberglass unremovable cast was put on.
