Documentation for DVA doppler testing

Would like to discuss the documentation requirements for doppler testing in DVA patients. Waveform, pulse strength and regularity, skin colour and integrity, temperature, capillary refill, hair coverage. Does anyone test or note venous flow with the doppler?
