Fat pad on ball of foot

I am searching for a shoe that will work for my foot. I am walking on bone at the ball of foot on my right foot. Have spent many dollars are Nike, sketchers etc and have not gotten relief, orthotics don’t help ( spent $1000 on two different sets).
