There are several structural concerns within the feet which might cause unnatural biomechanics of the feet. One of the many most straightforward to recognise is certainly forefoot varus , and yet forefoot varus may also be rare even though a few apparently diagnosis it repeatedly. What they are probably taking a look at is a forefoot supinatus
