Heel Drop Pain

Hi all, looking for some kind advice/diagnosis. I am getting sharp pains in my heel and lower (outer) side of my left ankle. This pain occurs when I do eccentric heel drops on stairs, first thing in the morning when I straighten and dorsiflex my left leg + foot, or walking on uneven surfaces barefoot
