Injury Post -Op 5th Metatarsal?

Hello, I am two weeks post-op with a plate and six screws into the middle of my 5th metatarsal after a spiral fracture. I just popped myself exactly where the incision is with my crutch. It hurt pretty good, and about two hours after I still feel discomfort (not on pain pills)
