Hello, I recently switched health insurance, and was recently notified that I had been accepted into a new plan. The acceptance letter stated that my initial monthly rate had been increased because of a visit to a podiatrist last year for “exostosis of an undisclosed region”. I did visit a podiatrist last year, but it was for treatment for an ingrown nail from a sports injury.
