Is There Anyone Out There Like Me?

I’ve always had pretty healthy feet up until now…A couple of weeks ago, I developed a dull ache in my left big toe that has since spread to the entire inside of my left foot! To my knowledge, I didn’t do anything that could have hurt my toe or foot (ie: go over on it, drop something on it, etc…) However, I do work retail, so the bulk of my day is spent on my feet…There seemed to be a bit of swelling in the beginning, however, it doesn’t seem to be swollen anymore! The ache only seemed to happen when I was wearing shoes…It didn’t matter what type of shoes I was wearing, and these shoes are the same shoes I’ve been wearing for MONTHS! So I doubt it’s the shoes that are the problem! Not having a whole lot of trouble walking on it…I just don’t like to go very far! However, I’ve had a couple of people tell me that it looks like I’m limping! However, when I got out of bed this morning, I put my foot on the floor to get out of bed(after resting it for 8+ hours!) and it started to ache! Just wondering a few things here: (1) Has anyone else ever experienced something like this? (2) What was the diagnosis? (3) What can I do to alleviate the ache?
