On aug 15 I was walking down some stairs, missed a step, and landed on my left foot badly. Later in the night when the pain intensified, I went to the ER and was told I have a jones fracture. My doctor said I could either be in a cast for 3 months and if it doesn’t heal by then have surgery OR I could have surgery right away which would save me a lot of time.
