I was diagnosed with a very minor Jone’s stress fracture on Fri (6/17), apparently so minor it was hard to detect on the X-ray. The pain began on Wed as I was walking around at work (restaurant manager, lots of walking) and slowly built to unbearable by Thursday night. I rested and iced until Sunday with no weight bearing, was in an air cast by Monday and have been walking in boot with zero pain (one week later).
