Left cold foot

Hi I want to know about having a cold foot my left foot has been very cold I can’t even warm it up on top of that I have been having some pain from my knee in to my ingrown area it just started being like that for the last few days I don’t know if I should worry about it being like that or not can some telling what might be plz
