lump at the bottom of my foot pain sometimes

I would like to know what is going on their is lump at the bottom of my foot bottom on both foot but on is bigger than the other sometimes the one that is bigger pain me. It seems like it is in the vain that connect to my big toe what you think it is can be treated or it is cancerous
