Just got off the phone with a patient classic tradie from OZ who found his way over here. 1st time he rang me the 1st sentence included quite a few ****s and ****s 😮 He used to travel 300 km to get me to debride callous and enuculate his corns , classic smokers , big yellow and as explained to me ****ing painful- Anyway I tried all sorts of things as had many Pods in OZ and as he was upset ( will not go into a full explanation due to the words used ) with the treatment available locally , so he did not need to travel the 600 ish km round trip so often.
