I have just had surgery (13th june) on my left foot osteotomy and i had part of my sesamoid removed. i was given a general and also a nerve block which has lasted well infact i still have numbness now! but the pain is starting to kick in now!!! OMG how painful!! i didnt quite expect the pain i am getting i have just spoke to my gp as the medication the hospital has given me is not touching it! (60mg codeine 4 times a day) he has just given me tramadol. Is there anyone who can tell me how long this pain last for
