Pain in my left foot after walking!!!

I went for a 6 mile walk last thursday and when I got back my left foot started to hurt!!!!!! On the friday morning I could bare to put much weight on it but just though I had sprained it or something possible. After a weekend of limping about I went to a&E but it was so busy I came away and have since been trying to get an apointment to the docs cos I don’t want to take there time up at A&E for something that might be nothing.
