sharp pain in middle of my foot when walking

i walk quie a lot recently and its started coming back but ive had it since a child. it feels like something snaps kind of in the middle of my foot (on the bottom of my foot) then kinda feels like fluid releasing, but the pain fades really quickly. dont know what it is, but its really annoying so i thought id check it out.
