Peroneal Tendon Tear?

Last March I twisted my ankle with an inversion twist. It hurt, but no bruising and a little swelling. I figured it was twisted and it would heal, we finally in May it was still hurting, so I went and saw my Genreal Doctor, she took an X-ray that was negative
