potential issues with orthotist using podiatry room

Hi Guys Wanting to know your thoughts around a sticky situation! What potential issues would you see arising from an orthotist using my podiatry clinic room 1/2 day a week? (which i lease from medical practice-so not meant to be for my exclusive use unless i work there full time) Initial thoughts from me were – my treatment couch is there, so should i be charging a fee for them to use my couch
