Pressure pain 4 weeks after Ingrown Toenail procedure

I had an ingrown toenail procedure performed 4 weeks ago. It was a permanent procedure where the nail matrix was burnt with a chemical. Everything has seemed to heal up nicely, but when I apply pressure on the side of my big toe I can feel a dull pain
