This woke me up about 3am today – a sharp, brief stabbing pain on my foot (inside, just about 1 inch from the bottom of my foot, 1 1/2 inch from the base of my big toe). It would stab about every 30-60 seconds and my entire lower leg would flinch. It's not incapacitating but enough pain to wake me up and keep me up.
