When I walk I sometimes feel a sharp, splitting pain in the heel or arch of my foot, as if the inside of my foot is being torn apart. It last for less than a second, and then completely dissipates. This happens very occasionally when I take a step, and other than the pain being annoying, doesn't interfere with my walking.
