I recently joined the forum and set out my history and position in the Introductions section. Briefly I have been told by a consultant at the London Foot and Ankle Centre that I need a tendon transplant and heel realignment to correct a severely flat foot. If I don’t have this done, I will inevitably develop severe arthritis in the ankle and lose a great deal of mobility.
