Top of Foot pain after pregnancy

I always had a painful right feet, and i thought it was mortons neuroma. Now it has gone worse and I hobble out of bed every morning with pain.The mortons neuroma site has also changed, so i think it might be something else. They hurt especially toward my ankles.
