I’m a 260 lb, 5′ 5″, 56 year old female. I’ve had plantar fasciitis for about 2 years now. It seems to be much better (orthotics, ice, stretching and cortisone shots) but not 100% gone and although it started with my right foot, it appears to be in both feet now – although much more acute in my right.
