I fractured my ankle last year

On 6/29/10 I fractured my ankle and since about march of 2011 there has been numbness/tingling/ in my foot and now it is in three toes. I have been to three different orthopedic doctors and they all say I am fine. My ankle is still swollen and the numbness/tingling/ in my foot and toes is still there.
