Sessional Room Rental Rate

Hi, First time post! So go easy please 😉 I’m looking at opening up a clinic with a room at a local Medical Clinic with 5 GPs and multiple allied health professionals. I’ve been given a possible ‘sessional room rental rate’ of $150 per session. This is based on a 4 hour block & will be for an initial 6month period.
