Terrible Pain in my right Foot

I have suffered from a Jones Fracture which I had surgery to repair. That healed fine and I had no more trouble with my right foot until 5 days ago when my foot started hurting for no reason at all. I didn’t injure it or drop anything on it, but it hurts to put weight on it
