ok, so i broke my 5th metatarsal on june 26th, have been in an air cast and a fiberglass cast throughout the ordeal, and been in and out to see the specialist (spiral fracture.) i last saw the specialist about 2 weeks back or so, and he wanted me to start weaning myself completely out of the aircast. though i’ve been extremely careful, and hobbling and limping (no crutch use as well), i’m slowly starting to get my foot back.
