Ever since I fell, my 5th metatarsal has been hurting me alot.Ive had paracetamol, ibupro cream rubbed on the area, olive oil on the foot,pain relief cream on it, hot water bottle on it but none of them dont work . There’s no swelling or bruising just tenderness and pain.The area hurts when walk and put pressure on it, my mom gave me an ace bandage to put on my foot(right) to stop the pain but that dont work either.
