Uncompensated Forefoot Varus

This is a call to anyone who can help with this issue. I’m a student pod and whilst on placement, a 17yo male presented with an uncompensated forefoot varus with tight posterior muscles (Gastroc, Calf & Hamstring) and an ankle equinus. During gait, he had excessive lateral contact throughout the stance phase of gait with late stance phase WB on the IPJ of the Hallux
